A short step by step tutorial on how to reset a admin password when you forget it.

Step 1

Navigate to https://app.prenda.co.

Step 2

Click “Forgot password?”

Step 3

In this screen, enter the email address that has been set up as an admin account.

Step 4

Check your email. You will have an email from Fiero with a link to click to create a new password.

Step 5

Write your new password down somewhere. Maybe a tattoo on your forearm? Just kidding!
